Our 4th grade Dual Language students recently had a chance to practice their Spanish as they made new friends! Over Zoom they met with 4th grade students at Centro Educativo Santa María in Heredia, Costa Rica. These students had a great time asking and answering each other questions. They were amazed to find so many differences and similarities between USA and Costa Rica. Our Dual Language students communicated in Spanish 100% as the students from Costa Rica practiced their skills in English.
It is so amazing to see our students enjoying the wonders of bilingualism. Participate Learning and the Dual Language program help make Glen Arden Elementary an amazing place to be!
